The Vasantrao Naik College of Agricultural Biotechnology, Yavatmal was established in the year 2013 affiliated to Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Bidyapeeth, Akola. The College is first Government Agricultural Biotechnology College in Vidarbha Region established by Govt. of Maharashtra on the occasion of 100th Birth anniversary of Shri. Vasantrao Naik who was the Hon’ble Chief Minister of Maharashtra from 1963 until 1975. The college is located at Waghapur Road, Yavatmal dist. Yavatmal.
